Within the Netherlands & Belgium: Free shipping.
Within Europe: €14.95 (free shipping for orders over €64.95).
1.3 Delivery Time
Within the Netherlands & Belgium: Order before 22:30 on weekdays and usually receive your order the next day.
Within Europe: 1-4 business days, depending on the destination country.
Orders placed after 17:00 on Friday or during the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Returns
2.1 Return Policy
At Koning Bamboe, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. As of 2025, we no longer offer free returns due to high transportation costs. However, we cover part of the cost ourselves.
Return costs for the Netherlands & Belgium: €4.95.
Return costs within Europe: €14.95.
2.2 How to Return a Product?

Don’t have an account? Create one using the same email address as your order.
Go to 'My Orders' and select the order you wish to return.
Choose the product and the reason for return.
Within 24 hours, you will receive a return label by email upon approval.
Received a Damaged Product?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. You have three options:
Request a return via your account and receive a return label within 24 hours.
Visit our physical store with the damaged product for an immediate solution.
