Shipping costs within Europe are €14.95 (free shipping for orders over €64.95)
1.3 What is the delivery time for my order?
At Koning Bamboe, our service is known for its carefulness and efficiency. Order on weekdays before 22:30, and in most cases, you will receive your package the next day. Please note that this is subject to availability, as not all items may be in stock. Each product clearly states the delivery time, so you know exactly how long it usually takes to receive your shipment. Keep in mind that orders placed after 17:00 on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
1.4Delivery Time for Orders?Within the Netherlands and Belgium:
- Delivery within 1 working day, unless otherwise stated.
- Note: this timeframe is based on normal conditions without delays.
Within Europe:
2.1 Can I return my webshop order?

For customers in the Netherlands and Belgium, return costs are free, as we aim for a smooth and customer-friendly return process. For customers outside the Netherlands and Belgium, the return costs for European returns are €14.95 euros. This amount covers the logistical costs associated with processing international return shipments.

At Koning Bamboe, we strive for sustainability, influencing our inventory decisions. Unlike some other companies, we have consciously chosen not to keep everything in stock. This decision is driven by our commitment to sustainable practices, aiming to prevent excess products from remaining in stock. This policy allows us to better manage our inventory and minimize waste.

Would you like to receive your order quickly? Opt for "Order and Pick Up." Order online, choose the desired time for picking up your order, and we'll ensure it's ready for you in the store!
5.1How to Return an Item?
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account with your email address and password.
- Go to 'My orders' and select the order in question.
- Click on the product(s) you want to return.
- Choose the reason for the return.
- As soon as we receive the return, it will be processed.
- You will receive a return barcode from us by email within 24 hours.
- You don't have to print return stamps; we use an efficient barcode that only needs to be scanned at all PostNL points.
This method ensures that the returns process is not only handled efficiently, but also in a sustainable manner, allowing you to quickly return your item.
5.2 What Should I Do If I Received a Damaged Product?If you have received a damaged product, please let us know. In this case, you have three options:
- Easily create a return in your account and receive a return label by email within 24 hours. The return process has never been easier!
- Visit our physical store with the damaged product, and we'll provide an immediate solution.
- Returning without an account? No problem! Send us an email at ([email protected]) with your order number or contact our customer service. Also, attach a photo of the damaged item. At Koning Bamboe, we assess each situation individually and ensure a suitable solution. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
